Katherine Wang, M.D. grew up in Lexington, Massachusetts and attended Northwestern University in Chicago where she received her B.A. in Anthropology and Global Health. She earned her M.D. from the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. After medical school, she completed her residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Upon completion of her residency she moved back to the Boston area.

Dr. Wang is eligible for Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians & Gynecologists and a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists’.

Dr. Wang has admitting privileges at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital and the Brigham & Women’s Faulkner Hospital. Additionally, she serves on the faculty at Harvard Medical School. She has a general Obstetrics & Gynecology practice with an interest in adolescent/young woman health care, contraception, general obstetrical care, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
